We do not offer pre-paid return labels allowing you to choose the best rates available from various postal services in your country.
You will be refunded and notified as soon as we have received and processed your return.

- Reason for return
- Get a shipping label from the service provider of your choice.
- Share the shipping label with us & clearly attach it on the package. Make sure that any old labels are removed or no longer legible.
- Drop your package at the closest post office or post box.

If you received a wrong product or it posseses some manufacturing defect, please contact us and provide:
